RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us at FILA.

We hope that you are happy with the merchandise that you have ordered, however, if for any reason that you find the merchandise unsuitable, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days purchase.

Item/s must be returned unused with the original tags still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition. All footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface to prevent any damaging to the soles until you are certain you would like to keep them.

 

PROCEEDURE
EXCHANGE INSTORE

You may exchange merchandise at any Australian FILA Retail Outlet within 30 days of purchase. Bring your invoice and the items to be exchanged to any of the stores listed on our store locator page.

If the value of your original merchandise is more than the value of the item being exchanged for, a credit voucher for the outstanding amount will be issued to you. If the value of your original merchandise is less than the value of the item being exchanged for, you will need to pay the difference.

Please note: No cash value will be refunded for any online orders exchanged at store.

 

EXCHANGE ONLINE

Only online purchased good may be sent back to the Online Department for exchange.

Complete details of goods to be returned for exchange using the Return Form located here and email to info@fila.com.au

Please note we can only exchange to style, size and colour that is available online. Please check the item you wish to exchange for is available online. If any exchange request is received and the item requested is not in stock, you will be refunded for the item.

Enclose a copy of your receipt with the merchandise you would like to exchange in a Registered Post parcel and mail to:

Please Note: We are not responsible for returned goods lost in transit, therefore we would advise that you send via Registered Post. Please allow 14 days from the day you post your parcel for it to be received by FILA Online.

 

Customers are responsible for return postage charges.

 

REFUNDS

Online purchased goods MUST be sent back to the Online Department for refund. No Online ordered goods can be refunded at store level.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Please email info@fila.com.au in regards to any fault enquires. Please include clear, well lit photographs of the goods with a description of the problem, where and when the goods were purchased and a copy of your invoice.

 

 

Please Note: Only goods purchased at FILA stores or online at www.fila.com.au are able to be returned to FILA

FILA products purchased through any of our external stockists, are in accordance with each individual stockists purchase policy, and as such purchased products can only be returned to their original place of purchase.
